According to User Experience and my own experience till know we want that even a simpler task to become more and more simpler in this era of technology .So my article will guide you with simpler steps to create  your own run commands to make your daily usable programs accessible with the blink of eyes.

What you want is just a knowledge of how to make a shortcut and that can be down by mainly to methods.

Step 1: Creating Shortcut of Program

• Custom Method : In this you create a shortcut by right clicking your desktop and further providing location of program and that's a cumbersome process therefore i suggest you to use second method
• Simpler Method: In this you only create a shortcut of program available on your desktop or anywhere else as application or exe one.Just right click on it and select send to desktop create shortcut

Following this simpler method ahead i will guide you through the process

Step 2: Rename this shortcut with whatever short keyword name  you want to type in run mode (windows+R ) to access that program

Step 3 : Place this newly created shortcut in windows root directory which is windows directory (folder) in C: drive.You must have administrative privileges to do that.

Step 4: When successfully copied to root directory to access your program just enter run mode

(window + R) and  enter the keyword name you specified to that shortcut.The program will automatically open up.

How Android Rooting Process Work

To know how rooting process work you must have brief understanding of android so this article will dive you in brief in the Insight of the Android system.

Insight Into Android

Most devices, by default have their /system partition (found in the device’s internal memory) 

set to read-only, which means apps cannot modify this sacred folder. Mounting the /system partition with read-write access requires root priveleges. In an Android system, only a privileged (act as admin) app(i.e. An app running as root) can invoke or start another priveleged app.

Ordinary apps that are run as user cannot start apps that need privileged access.This is  a security measure, for in its absence any app would have been able to invoke itself (essentially creating a copy itself) with elevated priveleges. Hence, for an app to run as root, it must request root priveleges from an external app, called the Superuser or simply ‘su’. The final aim of the rooting process is to install this Superuser app on the device’s internal memory as a system app. Any app that needs elevated priveleges (root access) can then request the same from the Superuser app, a request which is usually forwaded to the user.

Process

 When an Android system boots up, the first piece of code that is executed is called the bootloader. This bootloader controls the boot process, hence access to the bootloader is required when installing a custom ROM or aftermarket firmware. Many devices, however, come with a ‘locked’ bootloader and need to be worked upon (read: hacked into) before we can flash

a custom ROM. However, if a device has an unlocked bootloader, rooting a phone becomes relatively easy. One can either find a custom ROM for your phone model that has already been rooted and flash it onto your phone, or you can simply pull the existing ROM from your device, add the Superuser.apk file to it and flash it back to your device.

How to take screenshot on Android OS

How to flash your Android Phone with a custom ROM

This article will take you in the world of Rooting which is to customize your phone through flashing of Android ROM.

Step 1: You require to install CWM
I earlier wrote an article on how to install cwm(link) two methods

Step 2 : Most importantly you need a custom rom you want to flash your existing ROM with
Download a Compatible custom ROM available free like i preferably use cynogenmod versions because they are more infact most stable custom ROMs

Step 3: Downloaded custom ROM is a zip file transfer it to your phone's SD card

Step 4: Start or Reboot your phone in recovery mode which is possible through CWM.
Here you mainly use combination of keys to began that like HOME + POWER in Samsung Galaxy Ace

Step 5: You must create Backup of your existing ROM in case you want to restore later to Defaults within a click using CWM

3.Wipe cache
4.Go to advanced, wipe dalvik cache

How to Make Laptop act as Hotspot-Virtual Wifi

An Article that will explain how to use virtual wifi (hotspot) feature in windows 7 and that too without a messy setup of software what you need is just one or two commands to activate it.

Taking in mind that reader has appropriate wifi adapters.

Note: Remember the most important your laptop must be already connected to internet LAN or Wireless access point using which it will give access to other devices on the named hotspot made as explained below

Step1: Click start and type cmd and right click on cmd program listed their and select  Run as administrator .

Step 2:  CMD will be there infront of you waiting for the command type the below shown command

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=MyNet key=MyPassword

Here ssid is any identification id through which hotspot will be recognized and password is any password required for authenticating the hotspot.

Here ssid=testc  password=12345678

a) Open network and sharing center from the bottom right where n/w connections are displayed 

b) Click change adapter settings on the left side as shown 

Step 3 : You will be shown virtual hotspot here wireless network connection 2 as shown below.Remeber thats not activated yet so next step is to activate it.

Step 4 : Activate the hotspot connection made using below command in cmd as used earlier.

              netsh wlan start hostednetwork

Step 4: You must select which connection to share on hotspot which may be a lan or wireless connection your laptop is connected to.As above move to change adapter settings in network sharing center and move to properties of working adapter here YelcursorA.Go to sharing tab and select hotspot adapter to which to share and check the allow sharing first option as shown

Step 5: Hotspot is activated know as shown named testc here which can be accesed through wifi adapters in phones, laptops etc by just authenticating.

How UX And CX Differ

What Is UX ?

• UX is mainly related to digital Interactions like mobiles,websites and tablets and gaming is the main evolvement of UX.

Example:

Taking the example of a ecommerce website like ebay where the user is anyone who access site seeing products so its the user preception here what makes them feel good in scrolling through products but when a user buys a product that's when the UX changes to CX.

• AIM: Making the product easier and more enjoyable to use.

• Can include paper and marketing Collaterals

• It can include desktop software or interactive voice response systems.

• Within UX  the consultant checks that user or customer is able to accomplish their tasks like selecting and filtering products on ebay without frustration and of-course with ease.

What is CX ?

• Customer experience is what customer experiences along the entire customer journey.

Example: In case of ecommerce site  explores, Simplify, Buy, Access, Use, Get support, Reengage, and finally leave.

• It includes phone calling ,email query which can be in-store or online.

• AIM: To capture areas which are not good according to customer and hence finding the solutions to enhance customer experience.

• Within CX as whole the cx consultant makes a strategy to fullfill real customer experience.

How To Backup/Restore Your Existing Android ROM

ClockWorkMod-Recovery

A Replacement Recovery Option for Android Devices.Available at Google App Store OR Update your phone by using its ZIP File.

STEP 1. Install CWM In Your Android Phone

As I Already Told You can install it From Google Playstore (ROM Manager App) OR Update Your Phone Using Its ZIP File Freely Available.

Method Explanation??

STEP 2. Reboot Your Phone in Recovery Mode

You can reboot your phone in recovery mode using different methods as per the phone and the ROM.

• Combination of Keyword can be used like Pressing HOME+POWER  during switching on or restarting your phone (For Samsung Galaxy Ace)
• In Custom ROM by default Many Options Are Available during Reboot (Being Recovery one of them)

You will be shown with a Menu listed with Option as shown above

STEP 3. Creating Backup Of Android ROM

Use Volume Buttons to scroll through menu options and use home button to select and Back button to go back to previous Menu.

From the listed options select backup and Restore option and further Select Backup .The Backup will start automatically and within a few minutes its Done.

In case You have flashed the ROM but its not successful then you have to move to most recent ROM installed earlier which can be restored Using CWM.Remember a backup must be there of previous ROM.

STEP 4. Restoring ROM

Repeat steps 1 and 2 explained above and Select restore option from menu list.

You will be displayed with the Backups created using CWM.Select Appropriate one and backup will start automatically.You will be notified within few minutes Restore complete.

How to Root/UnRoot Your Galaxy Ace

Using Zip Files

This method explains you how to root and unroot your Samsung Galaxy Ace By Just Using the hereby Attached Zip Files.

How to Root the Galaxy Ace 

1. Copy the Root.zip file (Attached below) to your SD card. You can even put it in a folder if you want.

2. Switch Off your phone

3. Boot your phone into recovery mode. To do that, hold HOME+POWER buttons. When the screen turns on and you see the Samsung logo, let go of POWER but keep holding HOME. After the Galaxy Ace logo shows up and disappears, you should enter recovery mode. You can let go of HOME now.

4. Now in recovery mode, you can scroll up and down using the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons and select using the HOME button.

5. Scroll to the second option “apply update from sdcard” and press HOME to select.

6. Scroll to the Root.zip file and select it (if you put it in a folder, find and open that folder and then select Root.zip

7. After it’s done installing, select “reboot system now” and wait for the phone to reboot

8. To check if your phone is rooted, go to you app drawer and look for an app called superuser with an icon of a pirate android with cross bones. If you see it, your phone is rooted.


Congrats! You’ve officially rooted you galaxy ace!!
Now what if you want to go back to unrooted for some reason , or just for the heck of it?? It’s easy. Very similar to rooting

How to Un-root the Ace 2.3:

1. Download unroot.zip (below) and put in sd card

2. Turn off the phone and boot into recovery (refer to step 3 above)

3. Install the unroot.zip (similar to step 5 and 6 above)

4. Restart phone (incase you’re THAT stupid, refer to step 7 above)

5. Look in the app drawer and if all went well, the superuser icon should no longer be there!!!
