Step1: Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > Emoji.
Step2: Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Add New Shortcut…
Step3: Insert a frequently used Emoji in Phrase
Step4: Insert a text in Shortcut which will be used to convert to Emoji.
