How to compress a file in window

step:-1 download winrar to compress a file.

step:-2 install the winrar to compress a file.

step:-3 Select the files you want to compress into one zip(folder).

step:-4 Right click on files and click on "add to archive".

step:-5 choose the save file directory and click ok.

step:-6 your zip(folder) is created.
